The kit provides essential items for caregivers, including bright warning stickers (indicating hot, poison, and turn-off when done), a daily medication dispenser, a resource directory, a caregiver's guide to Alzheimer's disease, a calming musical tape to alleviate patient anxiety, patient information sheets, and a pocket reference for medication recording. This kit is offered at no cost to caregivers and also includes a Veteran's Caregiver Support Kit.
