This program offers HEAT assistance and various other support services for low-income families throughout a six-county area. For a limited period, individuals who qualify for rent and utility payment aid may also be eligible for assistance with water payments.

- Household income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level; the household must be accountable for energy costs; at least one member must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident.
