About this resource
This program offers HEAT assistance and various other support services for low-income families throughout a six-county area. For a limited period, individuals who qualify for rent and utility payment aid may also be eligible for assistance with water payments.
Who can use this
- Household income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level; the household must be accountable for energy costs; at least one member must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident.
Documents you may need
- Birth Certificate — Birth Certificate for a child in home age 5 or under.; Income Verification; Photo ID — Photo ID for primary applicant; Social Security cards for everyone in the household; Social Security Card
