The program delivers repair services to eligible households facing life safety or urgent home repair challenges. Services include addressing plumbing, heating, electrical hazards, roofing, broken windows or doors, and pest control. All repairs and modifications are intended to be permanent. However, the program does not cover structural repairs, painting, cooling systems, temporary ramps, landscaping, or water damage.

- This program is tailored for senior citizens and low-income homeowners residing in specific cities, including Salt Lake, Murray, Midvale, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Taylorsville, West Jordan, South Jordan*, Herriman, Riverton, and Draper, with a household income below 80% of the area median income. *Funding in South Jordan may be less reliable.
