The Technology Dependent Waiver allows technology-dependent individuals the option of community living instead of being placed in a Medicaid nursing facility. The services provided by the waiver support individuals in staying at home or in other community settings. The program is designed to assist around 142 individuals. Those who qualify will be added to a waitlist, and enrollment will occur as spots open up, prioritizing applicants based on their confirmed acuity scores.
