The Other Side Village

This tiny home community aims to provide affordable, permanent, and supportive housing for individuals who have been chronically unsheltered and wish to move out of homelessness. It includes peer-led support groups and assistance with essential needs. Each residence features 400 square feet of living space, comprising a bedroom, living area, full bathroom, kitchen, front porch, storage, and is fully furnished. Residents are required to complete a preparation program lasting 9 months to a year before securing permanent housing.
