About this resource
This tiny home community aims to provide affordable, permanent, and supportive housing for individuals who have been chronically unsheltered and wish to move out of homelessness. It includes peer-led support groups and assistance with essential needs. Each residence features 400 square feet of living space, comprising a bedroom, living area, full bathroom, kitchen, front porch, storage, and is fully furnished. Residents are required to complete a preparation program lasting 9 months to a year before securing permanent housing.
Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 18 years old, have experienced chronic homelessness for a minimum of one year, have lived in Utah for at least one year, and have no history of sex or arson offenses.
