This initiative offers low-interest loans of up to $3000 to help low and moderate-income households with minor home repairs, excluding roof replacements. Repayment options start at $50 per month or can be deferred until the property is sold. A lien is placed on the home until the loan is fully repaid, and the purchase of a refrigerator or stove is permitted.
