Offers basic support to clients eligible for HEN, which includes items like toiletries, toothpaste, shampoo, and laundry/dish soap. If funding allows, financial aid may cover rent, utilities, and moving costs. Clients must first apply through DSHS; once approved, they can contact the Chelan Douglas Community Action Council for further assistance.
