This program assists veterans in accessing various resources, including obtaining their DD-214 and applying for benefits, as well as providing support for housing, employment, education, and culturally sensitive therapy.
Intake Procedure: For more details and screening, please call. Drop-in assessments are also an option.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Individuals who have served in any branch of the U.S. Military, regardless of their discharge status, are eligible, along with current spouses or dependent children. Navigators will assist in determining eligibility based on personal situations.
