This program offers prescriptions for Buprenorphine and Naltrexone, as well as micro-dosing for Fentanyl use and the administration of Sublocade injections.
Intake Process: Contact us for further details. Most new patients may begin treatment within 24 hours or potentially on the same day.
Fees: We accept WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance. Income-based sliding scale fees are available, and additional lab tests will incur separate charges.
