This program offers prescriptions for Buprenorphine and Naltrexone, as well as micro-dosing for Fentanyl use and the administration of Sublocade injections.

Fees: We accept WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance. Income-based sliding scale fees are available, and additional lab tests will incur separate charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals with an opioid use disorder are eligible, and polysubstance users may be considered on an individual basis; however, Methadone treatment is not provided by this program.
