Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, call or visit the clinic in person. While walk-ins are allowed, appointments are encouraged.
Fees: A sliding scale is available based on income and payment capability for individuals without dental insurance. The clinic accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) as well as private insurance.
