Fees: Payments for infractions can be made using cash, check, credit card, or money order. To avoid late fees, fines must be settled within 15 days of being issued. If a payment agreement is not followed, a $52 penalty will be added, and the outstanding amount may be sent to collections. Generally, misdemeanors can lead to a maximum of 90 days in jail and fines up to $1,000, while gross misdemeanors can result in up to one year in jail with fines not exceeding $5,000.
