This program provides legal support and information regarding civil court matters at the state level, encompassing consumer and health-related topics such as guidance on Medicaid, Medicare, and other benefits, garnishments, medical bills, tax issues, SNAP/food assistance, and assistance for individuals facing mistreatment by businesses or other entities. It also addresses family, children, and safety concerns, including civil protection orders, property and debt division, custody arrangements, common law marriage, support for human trafficking survivors, attorney referrals, and legal clinics.

Travel/Location: Cases will not be accepted from clients with certain criteria, including misdemeanor traffic violations or criminal records, and assistance is provided to individuals with proof of legal status, regardless of their circumstances.
