This initiative delivers vital early childhood education, health, nutrition, and parent engagement services to families with low income. It also provides transportation based on need from bus stops located within the Highline School District.

- To qualify for ECEAP, children must be aged 3-5 by August 31 of the school year or possess an IFSP/IEP, with priority given to those with incomes at or below 110% of the Federal Poverty Level, dual language learners, children in official foster/kinship placements, and those receiving SSI, TANF, foster income, or child care subsidies.
