Who can use this

To qualify for ECEAP, children must be aged 3-5 by August 31 of the school year or possess an IFSP/IEP, with priority given to those with incomes at or below 110% of the Federal Poverty Level, dual language learners, children in official foster/kinship placements, and those receiving SSI, TANF, foster income, or child care subsidies.
