Offers an alternative to incarceration prior to sentencing for adults aged 18 and older facing felony charges and struggling with chemical dependency.
Intake Process: Referrals and approvals come from the King County Prosecutor. Defense attorneys can petition for cases to be moved to Drug Court following arraignment.
Fees: Participants must complete 24 hours of community service before they can graduate from the Drug Diversion Court program.
