Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. Clients can request a "confidential appointment" if they prefer not to disclose the reason for their visit. Appointments can typically be arranged within 24 to 72 hours.
Fees: For UW students, the office visit is free. For non-students, lab fees align with community rates, and office visits are similarly priced. Non-students with insurance should verify coverage with their plans, while uninsured individuals will receive a bill based on services rendered.
