Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. Clients can request a "confidential appointment" if they prefer not to disclose the reason for their visit. Appointments can typically be arranged within 24 to 72 hours.
Fees: For UW students, the office visit is free. For non-students, lab fees align with community rates, and office visits are similarly priced. Non-students with insurance should verify coverage with their plans, while uninsured individuals will receive a bill based on services rendered.
Who can use this
- Welcomes University of Washington students, faculty, alumni, and others eligible for care from UW Physicians, including those attending short courses and conferences on campus. To verify eligibility, contact the UW Physicians Information Resource Line or consult your insurance provider.
