This program aids DSHS public assistance recipients in acquiring a Washington State ID card at a discounted price from the Department of Licensing. Case workers at DSHS will complete a form that clients can present to DOL to obtain the card for just $5.
Intake Procedure: Clients can call or visit any Community Service Office.
Fees: The cost for the card is $5.
