Provides various services aimed at fulfilling the informational and educational requirements of users of all ages, from babies to seniors.
Intake Procedure: Individuals should come in person. E-cards can be obtained by San Juan Island residents through an application on the library's website.
Fees: Residents of San Juan Island can access services at no cost. Guest cards are available for others with a photo ID for a fee of $10 per month or $100 annually.

- Residents of San Juan Island and their dependents are eligible for a complimentary library card. Those under 17 will receive a youth card and need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Interested individuals should apply in person at the Library to obtain a library card.
