This program prescribes Buprenorphine and Naltrexone and offers micro-dosing for Fentanyl, along with administering Sublocade injections.
Intake Process: Contact us for details. Most new patients are able to begin treatment within 24 hours or even on the same day.
Costs: We accept WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance. There are income-based sliding scale fees available, and additional lab tests will incur separate charges.
