This program prescribes Buprenorphine and Naltrexone and offers micro-dosing for Fentanyl, along with administering Sublocade injections.

Costs: We accept WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance. There are income-based sliding scale fees available, and additional lab tests will incur separate charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals with opioid use disorder are eligible, and polysubstance users may be considered on an individual basis; however, Methadone treatment is not provided.
