• Discounts are available for veterans, individuals with disabilities, foster families, and seniors residing in Washington state, defined as living there for at least three consecutive months without dual-state residency. Passes cannot be combined with other discounts. The Senior Off-Season Pass costs $100 and is for residents aged 62 and older. The Senior Citizen Limited Income Pass is available year-round for residents 62 and older with an annual income of $40,000 or less, provided they meet property tax exemption criteria. The Disability Pass is valid year-round for those with temporary or permanent disabilities as defined by the U.S. Social Security Administration. The Lifetime Disabled Veteran Pass is also year-round for residents with a service-connected disability of at least 30 percent. Foster families must camp together to qualify for discounts.
