Intake Procedure: You can report issues by calling, emailing, or filling out an online form. The Food Safety Technician will ask for specific information, including product description, brand name and container size, product coding, name of the manufacturer or distributor, city and state, and the location and date of purchase.

Fees: There are no charges for this service.
