This initiative provides a complimentary cell phone and monthly free airtime to individuals with low income. These resources are intended for emergency situations outside the home and to help those who are looking for or maintaining employment by enabling communication with potential employers.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or apply through the internet.
Fees: There are no charges associated with these services.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and participate in at least one public assistance program, such as Medicaid, Food Stamps, SSI, Section 8, HEAP, School Lunch Program, or TANF, or meet specific income guidelines.
