Alcoholics Anonymous - Reg. 4 Treasure Valley

The websites http://idahoarea18aa.org/index.htm and www.tvico.org are designed to offer information on local service and fellowship events, as well as meeting schedules for A.A. members in Area 18 (Idaho). They feature a 24-hour answering service to assist anyone wanting to stop drinking and host meetings at various times and locations throughout the Treasure Valley. While individuals are encouraged to attend meetings and engage in the twelve-step program, participation is not mandatory. Additionally, there are support groups such as A.A. for those wishing to quit drinking, Al-Anon for families and friends affected by someone else's alcoholism, and Alateen, which caters to teenagers impacted by another's drinking.
