American Lung Association In Idaho

This organization enhances lung health and prevents lung diseases through various initiatives including research, advocacy, and education. It tackles environmental and occupational hazards, particularly those related to tobacco, while advocating for cleaner air indoors and outdoors, better tobacco control, and access to treatments for lung diseases. The organization also supports research for cures and improved therapies. Additionally, it offers a support group for individuals facing breathing challenges and their families (Better Breathers Club) and provides the Freedom From Smoking program, both in-person and online, which is recognized as a leading tobacco cessation initiative.
