About this resource
The Early Childhood Information Clearinghouse (ECIC) offers a wealth of information concerning children from birth to five years old, along with resources tailored for parents, caregivers, and early childhood professionals. This initiative is funded by the State Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (SECCS) grant and the Early Childhood Coordinating Council (EC3). The program is managed by the Division of Family and Community Services and provides support in both English and Spanish, with a bilingual website available. There is no intake procedure required.
