Our goal is to deliver integrated services that aid in the recovery of individuals with psychiatric disabilities. We strive to cultivate a collaborative atmosphere that encourages hope, stability, and respect among those we serve, our staff, and the wider community. The Idaho Home Outreach Program for Empowerment (ID-HOPE) offers Critical Time Intervention (CTI) services, which are time-limited and last for 9 months, divided into three distinct phases focusing on specific treatment areas. In the first phase, the CTI team collaborates with participants to develop a recovery plan and enhance connections to both formal and informal community supports. During the second phase, the team assists participants in evaluating and modifying community resources, identifying strengths, and reinforcing community ties. In the final phase, participants continue to manage their support systems with the CTI team's assistance as they transition to community-based resources.
