About this resource
Individuals who suspect that their attorney has engaged in unethical behavior can file a complaint with the Bar Counsel's Office of the Idaho State Bar. This office will assess the complaint to decide if the attorney has breached the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct and whether disciplinary action is warranted. A comprehensive directory of local attorneys can be found at www.idaho.gov/isb (accessible from the homepage). Languages available: English.
Intake Process: Complaints can be made via phone or email; in-person visits are not accepted.
