About this resource
The initiative assists transitioning Foster youth between the ages of 18 and 22 by providing life skills training, personalized mentoring, housing support, and resources for education and employment. Its goal is to create a network of support for college-aged individuals, enabling them to adapt to various life circumstances, whether they involve work or school, and to help them access valuable resources while establishing a structured lifestyle.
