About this resource
The dental benefits under Idaho Medicaid are administered by MCNA Dental as part of the Idaho Smiles program. Eligible groups include children, pregnant women, and adults aged 21 and older on an Enhanced Medicaid plan, who can access a variety of dental services such as exams, preventive care, diagnostics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Adults aged 21 and over on a Basic Medicaid plan are entitled to a limited range of dental services, which primarily cover extractions and urgent care.
