St. Luke's - Elks Children's Rehab

St. Lukes-Elks Rehab represents a collaboration between St. Lukes and Elks Rehab Hospital, focusing on outpatient services that include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with social services. For children, behavior-modification and play therapy play crucial roles in comprehensive rehabilitation. Our Counseling Program allows children and adolescents to safely discuss their feelings and challenges, promoting their well-being. We cater to patients requiring mental health support due to conditions such as Autism, Aspergers, Developmental Disabilities, Pain Syndromes, Muscular Dystrophy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes, Juvenile Arthritis, Genetic Syndromes, or ADHD. Counseling services are available at Boise Childrens, Meridian Childrens, and Nampa Childrens. The Pediatric Occupational Therapy Program assesses and treats infants, children, and adolescents facing challenges in daily living activities like feeding, self-care, play, and learning, stemming from various congenital or acquired disorders, with services offered at Boise Childrens, Meridian Childrens, Nampa Childrens, Caldwell Childrens, and Twin Falls Childrens. Our Pediatric Physical Therapy Program focuses on motor control development and addresses any issues that may disrupt normal movement, balance, or coordination, available at the same locations. Services are provided in English, with translators available upon request. The intake process accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and other private insurance plans.
