Community Resource
About this resource
St. Lukes-Elks Rehab is a collaborative effort between St. Lukes and Elks Rehab Hospital, providing outpatient services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, alongside social services. Our approach includes behavior-modification and play therapy, which are essential for a holistic rehabilitation process for children. The Counseling Program offers a supportive space for children and adolescents to discuss their feelings and challenges, promoting their well-being. We cater to patients requiring mental health support for various medical conditions, including Autism, Aspergers, Developmental Disabilities, Pain Syndromes, Muscular Dystrophy, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, Spina Bifida, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes, Juvenile Arthritis, Genetic Syndromes, or ADHD. Counseling services are available at Boise Childrens, Meridian Childrens, and Nampa Childrens. Our Pediatric Occupational Therapy Program assesses and treats infants, children, and adolescents facing challenges in daily activities such as feeding, self-care, play, and learning due to congenital or acquired conditions, with services offered at Boise Childrens, Meridian Childrens, Nampa Childrens, Caldwell Childrens, and Twin Falls Childrens. The Pediatric Physical Therapy Program focuses on motor control and addresses any issues that may affect movement, balance, or coordination, available at the same locations. Services are provided in English, with translators available upon request.
Intake Procedure: We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and various private insurance plans.
