U.S. Citizenship And Immigration Services

The Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) operates the National Customer Service Center (NCSC), providing telephone support for immigration services and benefits to individuals calling from within the United States. Services are offered in both English and Spanish. This office specifically addresses immigration issues for the regions of Southwest and South Central Idaho. Note that the office is closed on Wednesdays, except for Green Card renewals and fingerprint services. The Boise Sub Office caters to various counties including Ada, Gooding, Adams, Jerome, Blaine, Lincoln, Boise, Minidoka, Camas, Owyhee, Canyon, Payette, Cassia, Twin Falls, Elmore, Valley, Gem, and Washington. Additionally, the Spokane, Washington Sub Office serves Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Clearwater, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, and Shoshone counties.
