About this resource
This child-specific adoption initiative is carried out through a partnership between the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) and Special Needs Adoptive Parent Services, Inc. (SNAPS), a non-profit organization. It aims to connect families interested in adoption with children awaiting homes, sharing their stories and dreams one by one. The online resources provided include details about children available for adoption, guidance on completing a home study, a directory of Idaho agencies that can conduct home studies, and links to further adoption resources. Available in both English and Spanish.
