About this resource
The Division of Welfare is dedicated to fostering stable and healthy families by facilitating program access and offering support services. It oversees both state and federal initiatives such as Child Support, Food Stamps, Child Care, Temporary Assistance for Families in Idaho (TAFI), and Aid to the Aged, Blind, & Disabled (AABD). These initiatives, known as Self Reliance programs, deliver essential support and resources to low-income families and individuals, while promoting self-sufficiency among participants. Services are available in English, with Spanish interpreters provided upon request.
