The Women of Color Alliance (WOCA) celebrates cultural diversity by fostering mutual support, leadership growth, and empowerment. Our mission is to strive for a just social, political, and economic framework that enhances the quality of life for all Women of Color. The vision for WOCA emerged from discussions that began in 1998 among Latina, Native American, African American, and Asian women, initially aimed at finding ways to support one another in a conservative state. In Idaho, public policymakers often overlook the significance of people of color, especially women of color. Partnering with WOCA signifies a commitment to advancing the cause for women like you. You will connect with inspiring individuals who have already taken steps to support others who share similar backgrounds. Everyone is invited to visit our office to share experiences, receive support, volunteer, or engage in various ways to give back to the community.
