This nonprofit organization delivers direct support to victims through various means, including Case Management, a 24/7 Crisis Hotline, a Crisis Intervention Response Team, Transportation Assistance, and Victim Advocacy. The Crisis Hotline operates around the clock, providing confidential and non-judgmental crisis intervention, support, community referrals, and information on available options and services.
Intake Procedure: Case managers engage in an intake process to assist individuals facing crises by assessing their specific needs, which may include shelter, food, and transportation.
