El-Ada offers confidential rapid testing for HIV using the OraQuick Rapid Antibody HIV-1/2 test, which is an oral swab test providing results in just 15 minutes. Along with testing, we offer risk assessments and HIV prevention education at no cost and without the need for appointments. For overdose prevention, we provide NARCAN Nasal Spray (Naloxone) free of charge upon request, aimed at reversing opioid overdoses and available to both opioid users and their loved ones. Our goal is to mitigate opioid overdose incidents in the community. Additionally, El-Ada conducts rapid Hepatitis C testing using the OraQuick Rapid Antibody HCV test, also yielding results in 15 minutes, with complimentary risk assessments and prevention education. To further support harm reduction, we supply harm reduction materials upon request, collaborating with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to run a Safer Syringe Program that facilitates safe disposal and exchange of injection supplies. We also distribute sexual health supplies to help prevent HIV and other STDs/STIs. Intake procedures can be initiated by calling us.
