Portneuf Medical Center operates as a comprehensive hospital, resulting from the merger of Bannock Regional Medical Center and Pocatello Regional Medical Center. It provides numerous support groups and educational courses, such as the Living with Cancer Support Group, Childbirth Education Classes, Day Care Provider Course, Diabetes Education (referral required from your physician), Maternity/Child Birth Classes, First Aid, CPR, and Safe Babysitting Classes for children aged 11 to 13, covering topics like injury prevention and the responsibilities of babysitting.
