The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho is dedicated to assisting the agricultural and rural sectors of Idaho through various services, programs, and research vital for the state's growth. Offered programs include 4-H, Weed Control Programs, Family and Consumer Sciences, EFNEP (Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program), Garden/Landscape Management, Youth at Risk initiatives, Crops/Horticulture Programs, Money Management/Household Budgeting, Life Skills, Water Quality Testing, Pesticide Applicator Training, and Food Preservation.
