The Immunization Registry is a free, confidential service that helps individuals track their immunization history. The WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Program provides supplemental nutrition assistance, including healthy foods, health screenings, nutrition education, community program information, and individual counseling with registered dietitians. WIC serves pregnant women, breastfeeding women (up to one year postpartum), infants, and children under five.
