Benewah County Extension Service

The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho caters to the agricultural and rural populations of Idaho by offering vital services, programs, and research that contribute significantly to the state's growth. Among the various programs available are: 4-H Youth Development, Natural Resources (including soil, water, and forestry), Agriculture (both small acreage and conventional), Community Development, Family and Consumer Sciences (such as food preservation), Home Horticulture/gardening, and EFNEP (Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Programs). Services are provided in English.
