About this resource
LIFE actively supports the philosophy of independent living by ensuring consumer control over decision-making, service delivery, management, and policy formation. It encourages self-help and self-advocacy, fosters peer relationships and role models, and strives for equal access for individuals with disabilities to all societal services, programs, activities, resources, and facilities. LIFE, INC. provides assistance across 19 southeastern counties, helping people with disabilities enhance their independence at home, with family, and in their communities. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
