About this resource
Out of School Youth includes migrant individuals aged 16-21 who have not graduated from high school or earned a GED, and are in the area for work or recovery. This group consists of youth who have previously dropped out of high school, those who relocated specifically for agricultural or dairy work, or those who have moved independently from their parents or guardians.
