About this resource
Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency Inc. (SEICAA) is a private non-profit entity that has been offering a range of services aimed at assisting low-income, disabled, and elderly individuals across seven counties in southeastern Idaho since 1969. Our mission is focused on mitigating the severe impacts of poverty. Currently, we oversee several social service initiatives, including Community Services, Individual Development Accounts, Family Development Case Management, Energy Assistance, Rental Housing, Weatherization Program, Meals on Wheels, Veterans Services, and Self-Help Housing (Homeownership Program).
