About this resource
The Connection is a dedicated resource center for seniors in the Wood River Valley, offering a wide range of services including trips, in-home care, an adult day program for those with Alzheimer's and disabilities (operating Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 am to 3 pm), as well as adventure activities, exercise sessions, educational programs, creative classes, forums, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, a gift shop, and a commitment to helping individuals 'Age in Place' within the community. This full-service Community Senior Center provides transportation, chore assistance, respite care, advocacy for seniors, meal services, insurance assistance, and fitness classes, along with bi-monthly ear clinics, transportation options, and various activities and travel opportunities.
